Dinner menus listed below can be served buffet or sit down service.
All dinner entrees include salad, vegetable, potato or rice, rolls, butter, coffee,
and tea.
 
ROAST PRIME RIB OF BEEF, 8-10 oz.
Slow roasted to ensure tenderness and flavor.
 
FILET MIGNON, 6 oz.
The most delicious and tender of steaks -served with a bordelaise sauce with
fresh mushrooms.
 
PETITE FILET & SHRIMP BROCHETTE
The most delicious and tender of steaks - served with a bordelaise sauce
with three extra large marinated shrimp.
 
CHOICE ROAST BEEF
Delicately slow-roasted with natural au jus.
 
SIRLOIN BEEF TIPS BURGUNDY
Morsels of choice sirloin in a savory wine sauce with fresh mushrooms.
 
BREAST OF CHICKEN
A boneless and skinless breast of chicken with a choice of Dijon mustard,
Polynesian sweet and sour, or wild plum sauces.
 
STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
A boneless breast of chicken stuffed with our special apple-raisin dressing
or Florentine dressing and roasted to perfection. Not served with potato.
 
BREAST OF CHICKEN KIEV
Breast of chicken filled with herbs and butter, which is breaded and topped
with a cheddar cheese sauce.
 
STUFFED BUTTERFLY PORK CHOP
A select cut of boneless pork loin stuffed with our special apple-raisin dressing.

Cheddar cheese flows down this fountain to coat dipping items such as pretzels,

"Create your own" with using red & green apple wedges and roll in toppings such
as crushed Butterfingers, Oreo cookie crumbs, chopped nuts and Snickers slivers
Cost: $50.00 rental + $2.50 per person


Gourmet Hot Chocolate Station
Add a shot (select 2-3) of Framboise, Frangelico, Rum, Cognac, Peppermint Schnapps,
or Crème De Menthe into our ultra-rich milk chocolate, then top with chocolate shavings,
Starlight mints, mini marshmallows and cinnamon sticks and served in a glass Irish mug.
